The IPRI has been founded to conduct research in the areas of Internet Psychology and Web Site Usability. Our mission is to improve the internet, both for content providers and users, by capitalizing on the knowledge that professional psychologists have of human psychology and behaviour.
We will adopt
a human centered
perspective, focusing
on issues of public
and consumer interest
(e.g. Internet
Fraud and Internet
Advertising).
The organization
will gather, analyze,
and disseminate
knowledge to the
general public.
Our virtual research
faculty - academic
psychologists
with PhD level
training - will
undertake research
projects to the
benefit of the
internet industry
and internet user.
